The sun had long since risen above the horizon, shedding its brilliant light upon the land and all that it touched. The morning birds had long since left their nests to forage for the days food. Though some birds could still be heard chirping through the massive forest. The warm spring weather filled the forest with a damp humidity. Though the day was beautiful it seemed one occupant of the forest was on edge.

The minuscule form of the little ebony creature, streaked with vibrant splashes of color over its silken pelt. The creatures lengthy banner trailing along the ground behind it. A soft sniffle could be herd coming from the little creature as it cast its amethyst gaze about the forest. Large tears could be seen rolling down and dampening the soft velvet cheeks of the little lady. She was clearly distraught as she bound forward several steps then stopped to look around. It was as if she had lost something dear to her. She appeared to be searching frantically for whatever this thing was.

Yet another soft sniffle left the little lady, as her pace slowed to a melancholic walk, her petite crown lowered and cobalt lined audits plastered back against it. Slender treads landed on soft foliage as they moved through the forest. It was almost pathetic to watch the poor creature. But who could blame her. Yet again she had awoken alone. With no signs of where her loved ones had gone. She was to introduce Sjofn, and her granddaughter to her newest dearest friend. But they had vanished, and worst of that Ares was pregnant. She had gone to find Baghiera and see if she could help find them. But she as well had vanished from the land, though here she found some strange shifting pool.

When she had touched the pool it brought her here, and now. Now she was alone, lost and had no idea where she was. Finally after hours of traveling the little lady had come upon something strange. A wall of trees with only a single entrance she had to search for. Finally finding what appeared to be a small tunnel appeared in the wall of trees.

As she peered into the tunnel her curiosity over-road her pain and melancholy. Entering the tunnel she wandered through the darkness coming out in what appeared to be a beautiful edenistic place filled with many fruit baring trees, and herbs. Her friend was a healer, perhaps she would be here. Even if she couldn't find her scent. With that thought in mind the little lady set to investigating the area looking for any signs of anyone she knew.

It turned out her Nana very well could have told the truth when they were children. Her Nana spoke of the most Elite of wolves being taken hostage by the Gods, for sacrifice they said, and the world would burst to flames like a phoenix before its rebirth. Only the chosen survived the apocalypses, and it seemed only she remained unscathed each time as if she were being preserved. Baghiera Jaine’s grandmother’s mother was the Lore Keeper of her family, and the tale was tall but it seemed that time after time she’d be whisked away to worlds unknown like a shooting star herself, being transported wherever it is she’s needed.
The markings which adorned her stark white frame would mirror the stars as she soaked in the energy from the constellations on this night (opposite to Eventide’s daytime as she’d discover), silently reading the stories they told. She’d been donating her unlimited time to her love of Astrology for as long as she remembered, placing every fiber of her faith in the Lune, Stars, and Mother Earth. From dawn to dusk she was a willing slave to her creators, praying for her salvation and happiness to be returned to her if she were to continue to be the connecting bridge from the Earth, to the Stars and Gods. She prayed nightly, in fact.

Baghiera Jaine navigated through the last stretch of thick, knotted pine trees as she entered the majestic garden, heading for a large patch of ground she’d begun digging up therapeutically within the confinements of a few golden leaved trees so she could grow a few rare herbs that were passed down several generations which she’s kept close to her heart both physically and metaphorically. Her paws touched the plush soils casing each seed growing beneath as she tapped into the root system with her Geokenesis powers both testing soils for ph levels and calculating where each specimen’s roots lay, careful as to not traumatize existing plants with new ones. The alabaster femora rose from her position which would immediately give away her whereabouts to Illumination, whom had just entered the Sanctuary. Preoccupied, Baghiera Jaine would turn heel with her elongated tail trailing behind her gracefully and as she did she’d scream with delight. Her prayers had been answered!

“Illumination!” she’d squee, elephanting (loud, heavy steps that resemble that of a running elephant) towards her with every intention of knocking her over with joy.

[attr="class","sinnert"]As the little lady found her way into the garden following the scent of her dear friend. She found herself in the beautiful confines of the garden. Here she found herself surrounded by the very scent she had been following. She was here. She had to be, her scent was everywhere. The garden was absolutely brimming with it. Teal nostrils quivered as they took in the smells of her friend along with that of plants and trees growing in the area. If not for her keen sense to pick out different herbs and various other things, she would have been simply overwhelmed by the abundance of scented plant life.

Casting amethyst gems about frantically the little lady, began to search for her friend. Her scent was here, it was fresh. But where was she? She had to be here right? The scent was so fresh it was like she was there without actually being there. That meant she had to be close by, right? It was sad to say that the little lady wasn’t much of tracker as nothing to do with hunting was anywhere near her strong suit. In all honesty she was about the least threatening wolf in the world.

Finally, there was movement not far away. Cobalt lined audits perks and amethyst gems trained on the form as it rose. It was her! She had been right! Baghiera! She had finally found her at last. Large tears welled in the little lady’s amethyst gems as she began to cry. She was so relieved to have finally found her. It didn’t take long for the woman to spot the tiny healer among the herb and flowers growing around them, as she quickly raced towards the little lady. Without even a second thought the little lady raced toward her friend, large tears of joy flowing down and wetting the fur of her cheeks. It was a wonderful sound to hear her friend call her name. ”Baghiera! Oh, Baghiera. I’m so glad to see you!” The little lady gushed her hushed vocals cracking as she attempted to yell. Thought it came out rather squeaky in the end, she didn’t care. She had found her friend.

Suddenly the little lady slid to a stop realizing that her friend wasn’t stopping. Without much of a chance to moved Baghiera had ended up on top of the little lady. A soft laugh rang from the little lady as she joyfully reached up to lick the woman’s cheek. ”I was so scared I would never see you again.” The little lady sniffled grateful to have been bowled over by her friend.

Through the plush garden she’d run, her heavenly scent coating each leaf that surrounded her like the one before. Like a bowling ball hitting the last candle-pin with precision Baghiera Jaine would roll right into Illumination, her body wrapping around her petite biff as their momentum tapered off but her grip remained strong. The joy she felt was certainly matched with that of her friends but the tears wouldn’t go unnoticed at the collision. She knew all too well the feelings which were felt of loss, but just HOW did her friend arrive? She'd ponder this as she'd remain close for a few minutes longer soon peeling herself from Illu, but not before she nuzzled into her in return whilst she listened to the high pitched squeals coming from the lungs of her little lady friend. Once the round alabaster maiden rose to a sit her tail would swish against the gardens mossy ground continuing to show her happiness, reaching up with a paw to rid Illumination’s eyes of tears which gathered as she fought her own.

“Y-you’re really here!” she said as she reached out, grabbing her friend for a second embrace with a bright and genuine smile gracing her sparkling features. Thank the lucky stars... she thought internally, with hopes that the Gods responsible for bringing her friend to her could hear. “I feared the same, Illu. How’d you get here? How’d you find me? Are you alone? Are you hurt?” she asked frantically, beginning to check Illumination over visually, reluctantly peeling away from her again to do so. She wanted to

[attr="class","sinnert"]When the little lady spotted her beloved friend, her melancholic sadness and loneliness were momentarily forgotten. Of course, she hadn’t found Ares and Sjofn yet, but she had found the other important person she had been searching for. She had found Baghiera, and here in such a beautiful place, though at the moment the beauty and wonder of the place was forgotten by the little lady in the excitement of seeing her dearest friend. A bright cheerful laugh left the little lady as the alabaster woman made contact with her body sending her onto her back. A brilliant grin spread over the little lady’s petite muzzle as she gazed up at Baghiera. Reaching up the little lady would nuzzle the soft fur of the woman’s chest affectionately.

A soft sigh left the little lady as the alabaster female peeled herself away from her. It didn’t take long for the little lady to slide up into a sitting position, ebony and multi-hued banner waving over the soft grasses behind her. She was thrilled to see her friend. A brilliant smile spread over her petite muzzle as the alabaster female wiped away her tears, she was beyond happy to have found her friend. Then she spoke, clearly taken aback at the fact that the little lady was in the glorious garden. With a soft smile the little lady answered with a soft nod. ”Mhmm.” She wasn’t entirely sure how she had come to be in this world, but it was apparent that she was indeed needed here for some reason, and the two of them apparently together. It would seem the fates that would be had plans for the pair.

”I’m here, the moon be praised I found you.” Her hushed vocals cried happily to the woman. She wanted to know how she had arrived. That not even she was sure of. ”I prayed to the moon when you vanished to bring me to you, and I woke up here.” That was the best she could explain it, perhaps the moon had answered her pleas and brought her to her friend. That still left the question of if Ares, and Sjofn had been brought along. ”I found your scent and followed it, I think I’m alone… I haven’t seen my granddaughter or her mate so I don’t know if they came along.” The little lady responded the best she could to the flurry of questions. ”I promise I am unhurt, sad that I may never see my family, but unharmed I promise.” The little lady finally assured the woman. Now it was her turn. ”How did you end up here? You vanished one day, and I couldn’t find you anywhere. You’re not hurt are you?” The little lady asked at last.
